Cwmann Camping
at Pant y ffin: a place away from it all

Pant y Ffin means ‘dip on the boundary’ in English and sits astride Cwmann and LLanybydder parishes.
Development of the place has been long term and definitely a labour of love.
It all started when the owner stumbled upon the place – uninhabited, and with no services – around 20 years ago. Somewhat hopefully, they put a note under the door, asking the owners to get in contact, should they ever consider selling up. They did – and so began a very long-term project, which has included developing plans, installing off-grid energy generation, construction and frequent recourse to friends and neighbours when tractors, trailers and excavators were required!
The house and garden have taken considerable time, money and effort to complete!
The next task is sharing the serene location as a destination for like minded travellers - for those who prefer the comforts of home as well as those who prefer the adventure of time under canvass.
Accommodation options currently include an exclusive member only campsite for tents and motorhomes.
Rooms in the main house may also be available as an option – see contact .

REVIEWS

If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, this is definitely the spot to go!!
My family loved the privacy and the views that the property overlooks! Cozy but it was perfect for our needs! The property was very clean and tidy, and Kevin was a very pleasant host!
I would recommend this spot 10 fold

We loved our stay in Cwmann. Kevin was very welcoming and gave us fantastic advice on what to do/see in the area. Great for our children. Such sense of freedom for them with playing outside, running in the field and climbing trees.
Our favourite place was Mwnt bay. (About 40 mins away) . A magical bay, safe for swimming and where we saw dolphins up close.
Great value for money and thanks again Kevin for a great time.

Kevin is very friendly and helpful it was very clean place with everything we needed specially with kids nice view clean environment loved our stay.
thanks Kevin for everything xxx

Kevin's place is lovely, really rural but easy enough to find if you're looking, it's so peaceful but close enough to South and West Wales to easily explore this beautiful place.
Brilliant for our dog with a large, secure area around the home.
Kevin was friendly and welcoming, a great place to stay.

Definitely a secluded spot set in a wonderful natural landscape. Kevin welcomed us to the caravan which was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
A peaceful place apart from the birdsong and the sheep baaing. Sun streaming in the large caravan window and watching the clouds dropping the rain in the distance.
Many thanks to Kevin for keeping the place as relaxing as we found it. Will be back again if plans allow.
